Notes from the workshop
Why we write here, what to expect, and how we ship. Edited via TinaCMS.
We build software for companies that already know their business and need the software to keep up with it. Loyalty programmes, legal tooling, internal platforms โ the kind of systems where the interesting problems are rarely the technical ones.
This is where we write about that work.
What goes here
Three kinds of posts, roughly:
- Build notes. How a specific problem got solved, including the approaches that did not survive contact with production.
- Decisions. Why we picked one architecture over another, with the tradeoff stated plainly rather than hidden behind a diagram.
- Post-mortems. What broke, what it cost, and what changed afterwards.
What does not
No launch announcements dressed up as engineering content, and no listicles. If a post does not contain at least one thing we got wrong, it probably was not worth writing.
Posts are written in Markdown and live in this repository, so every change goes through review the same way the application code does.
Need an AI integration, clearer commercial data, or software that fits the way your business works? That is the problem we solve.
